Will I be charged for my order?
No, you will not be charged if you are a Commercial team member. Although there are prices listed on each item, these are solely for reporting/budget tracking purposes within the Marketing team. No payment is needed from the seller's end. Please disregard the billing address within checkout and leave it the same as the shipping address by default.
Can I order multiple items within a single order?
Yes, you may add products to your cart and select the quantity as desired before checking out in a single order.
Can I ship products from a single order to multiple people/addresses?
Yes, you can ship products to multiple addresses within a single order. Add items to your cart as needed. In your cart, select the checkbox “Ship to Multiple Addresses”. You can adjust quantity and create a new address or select a saved address. Use the “Ship Another” button under the desired item to add another address. Be sure to check the quantity of each item is accurate for each address.

Do I need to return my trade show items?
Yes, please return items promptly after your event. A return label will be included with your order.
When will I receive my order?
You will likely receive your order in about 2-3 weeks, but please allow up to 4-6 weeks for shipping and delivery.
